Eminem Releases 'Detroit vs. Everybody' Lyric Video
. (Radio.com) Artists usually release lyric videos before they release the official video, but Eminem's never been one for convention. On Friday morning (Feb. 6), the rapper released the lyric video for his song "Detroit Vs. Everybody." It follows the release of the official music video, including DeJ Loaf, Big Sean and many more, on Jan. 23. The song--which first came out last year on Shady XV, Eminem's career retrospective with a few new songs--features the best of Detroit under one roof. That means high-octane verses from Royce Da 5'9″, Big Sean, Danny Brown, Trick Trick, Eminem himself, and a sing-song chorus from Dej Loaf. It may be a tour de force of verbal caliber and city pride, but that doesn't mean it's easy to keep up with. The lyric video allows fans to follow along with the motor-mouth artists, all of whom step up to the challenge of delivering verses as tricky and fast-paced as Eminem. Watch the video here.
