Idlewild Releasing Their Own Limited Edition Beer
. (TeamRock Radio) Indie rockers Idlewild have launched their own craft ale. Titled Scottish Fiction IPA, it was made in conjunction with Edinburgh brewers Barney's Beer and is limited to just 1250 bottles. It will be sold in independent beer and wine stores throughout Scotland. Every bottle of the beer, which is named after their track from 2002 album The Remote Part, comes with a download code for an acoustic version of A Film For The Future. Frontman Roddy Woomble says: "Idlewild are a band of committed and enthusiastic craft beer and ale drinkers and Barney's Beer has been a favourite for quite a while." Read more here.
