Dave Grohl's Drum Battle With The Muppets Animal Goes Online

(Radio.com) After Variety announced that Dave Grohl would appear on the December 1 episode of The Muppets, we finally have a glimpse into that ultimate battle for the beat. It's the video the world has been waiting for and, by the sounds of it, Dave Grohl too (via CoS).

"I've been waiting years for this, Animal," Grohl says on the darkened set of Up Late with Miss Piggy, where he meets with Electric Mayhem's drummer to see who reigns supreme.

"Now we see who best," Animal disses before launching into a massive solo. Earlier in his guest spot on The Muppets, Grohl joined Miss Piggy's house band Electric Mayhem before things took a turn after the taping. Watch the drummers battle here.
