. "'What Do You Mean' is an uptempo song," he said. "It's actually perfect for summer, even though summer's just ending. I had the best time recording it, I had the best time recording my album." During our conversation, his recent collaboration with Jack U comes up; when I noted that "Where Are You Now" could probably be arranged for a band, Bieber agrees. "That's how I want it to be for all my songs. I want to be able to strip it down completely and say, 'What is the raw structure of this song?
