Luke Bryan Gives Generous Fan A Big Surprise

. (Radio.com) Luke Bryan has been busy promoting his new album, but he had no problem making time for one of his biggest fans. Lisa Hayes donated a kidney to her mother back in January 2014, and she wanted to return the favor.

Knowing her daughter is a huge Luke Bryan fan, she contacted his staff, explaining the act of kindness she did to save her life. Bryan heard of the news and teamed up with Fox's Knock Knock Live to give Hayes a dream come true.

Bryan showed up to Hayes' home, giving her a surprise of a lifetime. When she opened the door, there were screams, tears and hugs of excitement. Bryan then invited Hayes and her family on his tour bus, where he performed an acoustic song and Facetimed Hayes' friends. Read more here.
