Burger Chain Sparks Controversy With Madonna Tweet (Recap)

Here is the recap: (Radio.com) Umami Burger may have a Black Keys burger, but a corresponding one from Madonna probably won't be happening anytime soon. Billboard reports that the burger chain tweeted an image following Madonna's oft-covered cameo and kiss during Drake's set at Coachella's first weekend featuring the singer and the rapper, but the tweet has since been deleted.

Why? Due to the image's subject matter, coming from the chain's Costa Mesa, Calif., location via a sign in its window: along with photos of Drake and Madonna, a message reads, "Because nothing gets the taste of old lady out like Umami," with an accompanying hashtag #BettaThanMouthwash.

Given Madonna's recent comments on ageism in the media and especially pop music, she'd probably be none too happy about the sign. Billboard snagged a screenshot of the tweet, see it - here.
