Vic Mensa Inks Deal With Roc Nation

. (Radio.com) Up until now, the biggest boost to Vic Mensa's mainstream visibility has been his collaborations with Chance the Rapper and Kanye West. But after a successful coming out party at Coachella 2015, Mensa appears to be ready to make the next career step.

That next step is signing to Roc Nation Records. TIDAL subscribers on Tuesday were treated to a video of Mensa signing on to the prestigious label (via Complex).

Meanwhile, the label's boss, Jay Z, tweeted out a nudge to buy Mensa's new, Kanye West-featuring single, "U Mad." He tweeted "Roc Nation Records x @VicMensa smarturl.it/VMUMad� Mr. Carter (@S_C_) April 21, 2015" Read more here.
