Rod Stewart Sued For Kicking Ball At Fan

(Radio.com) As we heard with a recent lawsuit against KISS, sometimes concerts are unpredictably dangerous. No one knows this better than Mostafa Kashe, who suffered an unexpected broken nose when attending a Rod Stewart concert in Las Vegas.

The 69-year-old singer, who performs regularly at Caesars Palace in Sin City, is known for a portion of his performance where he kicks soccer balls into the audience.

Kashe claims, according to Page Six, that one of these footballs struck him in the face, breaking his nose. Kashe is after more than a free buffet dinner and an upgrade to a suite - he is suing both Stewart and promoter AEG Live. More details here.
