"Five years ago we met here so I wanted to come full circle and ask you if you will marry me," Schroeder said to a very surprised Lloyd. While she wasn't sure if this was real life or TV, once her puppy and family came out to congratulate the newly engaged pair, things started to sink in.

"This is for real," she said. "This is the house that brought us together. We met and became best friends. Jeff completely caught me off guard." After the many congratulations, country artist Brett Eldredge came out as the final surprise to sing his new single, the very appropriate "Mean to Me."

In an interview with Radio.com, Eldredge shared the story behind the song. "'Mean To Me' is very much a one-on-one love, romantic song that's telling somebody else how much they mean to you," he told Radio.com last year during his album release week. "I wanted to write a song telling someone, 'If I could mean half as much as these things, half as much as you mean to me, then that would be amazing.'"
