Chris Brown Pleads Guilty To Assault Charge

. (Radio.com) Summer has not been kind to Chris Brown. After spending time in jail for violating his probation when he got kicked out of a rehabilitation facility, having his trial for an assault he allegedly committed in Washington, D.C., bumped up, and hosting a VMAs pre-party where Suge Knight was shot multiple times, Chris Brown is now ending the season by pleading guilty to said assault case.

Yesterday morning the 25-year-old singer pled guilty to a misdemeanor assault for attacking a man outside of a Washington hotel after the man photobombed one of Chris Brown's pictures. The incident, which happened last year, was in violation of his parole from assaulting his former girlfriend Rihanna.

Brown's bodyguard Christopher Hollosy, who was also allegedly involved in the attack, is still awaiting his sentencing. While in court, Brown's attorney Danny Onorato argued that his client had already been punished enough. Read what he had to say here.
