(Radio.com) The Game has been slapped with a lawsuit after failing to show at this year's Kentucky Derby. The rapper born Jayceon Raylor, along with his manager Cash Jones, are being sued for more than $75,000 in damages for breach of contract, Courthouse News reports.

Raylor was scheduled to perform at the event on May 2 and was wired a $35,000 deposit, but Jones allegedly canceled the day of the performance after his demands that the rapper would headline weren't met.

"Following multiple discussions defendant, Cash Jones made an eleventh-hour determination that the Game would not travel to Louisville and would not perform at the event," the plaintiff, Dream Team Entertainment LLC, said in its seven-page complaint.

After backing out last minute, The Game reportedly never repaid his deposit or the $30,000 cancellation fee. Read more here.
