Toby Keith Announces New Album

(Radio.com) Toby Keith is heading back to country radio with a brand new album. The country singer confirmed to CMT Monday (Oct. 13) a new record, 35 MPH Town.

35 MPH Town will be Keith's 18th record release and his first since Drinks After Work, which came out a year ago. The album will be preceded by the single "Drunk Americans."

Keith described the single CMT as what would happen if past hits "I Love This Bar" and "American Ride" "had a child," explaining that he wanted to go retro with it.
