Nicole Scherzinger Releases Comeback Song
. But as it turns out, Scherzinger has a little of her own music left in the tank. She'll release a new album soon, with the first single, "Your Love," hitting the Internet Thursday (May 29). By no means does the inactivity appear to have affected the former Pussycat Doll. The track, in all its dance-floor-ready glory, features a jaunty backing beat and Eurodance feel while Scherzinger purrs over the verses: "Something 'bout you so enticing / even when I try to fight it," she sings, adding a quick reference to a boxing legend, "Knock me out like Michael Tyson / I'll do whatever you want." Once the tune reaches its chorus, "Your Love" explodes into an earworm of a track. "Boy, your love makes me feel like -" Scherzinger sings before adding a catchy onomatopoeic melody. The four-minute track is the singer's first single since signing to RCA Records earlier this year. A commercial release of the song is expected in July. Check it out here.
