The track from the follow-up to White's 2012 US No. 1 record, "Blunderbuss", is the third tune issued from the project to date, following the instrumental, "High Ball Stepper", and the album's title song.

White will kick off a world tour in support of "Lazaretto" on May 29th at Cain's Ballroom in Tulsa, OK and continue with stops throughout North America, Europe, and the United Kingdom, before returning to North America for some late summer shows.
