Billy Currington Faces New Lawsuit

According to the Savannah Morning News, Charles Harvey Ferrelle III has filed charges against Currington claiming that the singer has ridiculed him on his website following their altercation last year. Ferrelle filed a lawsuit on Tuesday (May 6) and seeks damages to be determined by a jury for his injured reputation and exposure to public contempt and ridicule.
