Nicki Minaj Releases New Track With Soulja Boy

(Radio.com) Nicki Minaj claims she is making everything more "real" for her forthcoming album, from her make-up to her verses. Her new record with Soulja Boy is another in the line of real-real from Minaj, starting with the lines, "Me, I'm just me/ Me, I'm just real," including her metaphorical verse about owning the Los Angeles Clippers.

It's a particularly astute claim, given the recent controversy around the team, followed up by Minaj boasting about owning some homies and her own liquor.

It's later followed by more basketball references, in which she says she is Hakeem Olajuwon and Kareem Abdul Jabbar. No need to get your Basketball Wives on if you're a player.

The track was produced by Soulja Boy, who also features, and the Soundcloud features Orange Is the New Black star Taryn Manning. Check it out here.
