(Radio.com) For nine days, the world has wondered the fate of missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, which virtually disappeared with 239 people aboard. Now, with 26 countries trying to figure it all out, Courtney Love has taken to her Facebook page with images that she believes shows wreckage from the plane as well as oil slicks floating in a large body of water.

While she doesn't name the location, she does offer up coordinates (via website Tomnod.com) as well as her own handwritten notes pointing towards her evidence.

"I'm no expert but up close this does look like a plane and an oil slick," Love wrote. "Prayers go out to the families #MH370 and its like a mile away (from) Pulau Perak, where they 'last' tracked itbut what do I know?"

At press time (March 17), the post had been shared more than 500 times, with an ongoing series of humorous comments pondering if Love has indeed solved the mystery that's gripped the world for almost two weeks. Laugh all you want, but you won't be laughing if Courtney Love is right!

A commenter on Pink is the New Blog points out that Love may have actually gleaned her information from Twitter user @ThisDigitalLimited and images he posted to his page last week. See the image here.
