The Prism singer made a few rookie mistakes, like turning her back to the camera while giving the weather and mispronouncing some of the cities. Though, in her defense, green screen can be pretty tricky and calling the city of Cairns "Carns" isn't that far off.

She did however make good use of her "wand," which may or may not be why she thought Hobart -the state capital of the Australian island state of Tasmania - was Harry Potter's beloved Hogwarts.

But even if meteorology isn't her calling, she does a mean Pee-wee Herman impression, which she threw in while giving the temperature for Perth. Perry was a good sport about the whole thing, even letting viewers know, "If you didn't understand all this, I'm sure you have an app on your phone." Yes Katy, there is definitely an app for that.
