In the Grass was a last second buzzer-beater for the record. I really wanted to write a song with an LCD Soundsystem type bass line. The lyrics are a reminder that nothing is worth stress. That's not to say there is nothing worth caring about, plenty is. Handling life calmly just seems to work out best for me.
