Feds Move To Have Insane Clown Posse's Lawsuit Dismissed

Titled "National Gang Threat Assessment: Emerging Trends," the report greatly angered ICP and the group filed a lawsuit against the F.B.I., claiming that the F.B.I. and the American Justice Department made an "unwarranted and unlawful decision" to tag its followers as criminals and subsequently treating them as such. According to Billboard, the U.S. Justice Department is taking another stand against the act as it asked a judge to dismiss the lawsuit, claiming the duo has no standing to sue.
