The kid's 'do at that point in the day was apparently too much to handle for some, who called out the parents for not taking proper care of Blue Ivy's hair. That drove one Jasmine Toliver to create a petition demanding that Bey and Jay take better care of their daughter's hairdo.

"As a woman who understands the importance of hair care," Toliver, from Brooklyn, N.Y., wrote, "It's disturbing to watch a child suffering from the lack of hair moisture. The parents of Blue Ivy. Sean Carter A.K.A Jay-Z and Beyonc� has failed at numerous attempts of doing Blue Ivy Hair. This matter has escalated to the child developing matted dreads and lint balls. Please let's get the word out to properly care for Blue Ivy hair."

The petition itself is simple, Toliver's additional comments notwithstanding. "Comb her hair," it reads. "Sincerely, [your name]."
