Lily Allen Releases 'Unofficial' World Cup Song

(Radio.com) Things are heating up on the sidelines of the World Cup Challenge - even between the anthems. In a fit of nationalistic fevor, Lily Allen has dropped her new tune, "Bass Like Home," which she's come to deem an "unofficial World Cup song" as a rival to Jennifer Lopez's official anthem this year.

Allen's track, however, has a decidedly British bent. It seems she's created a track to not-so-subversively support her home team, full of lyrics like, "God Save the Queen with a pint of lager/I've been around there's nowhere I'd rather be/Cool Britania, Britania rules the rave/We been doing it since way back in the day."

Meanwhile, Billboard has deemed Lopez's official song, "We Are One (Ole Ole)" a flop with Brazilian soccer fans, whose country will host the World Cup this year. Why?
