According to CBS Boston, the sexual assault on the lawn of the outdoor amphitheater happened while other concertgoers watched, some of whom shot videos with their cellphones. It's been reported that some of those videos have been obtained by investigators as evidence.

The accused man, Sean Murphy of Boston, pleaded innocent in a local court to rape, claiming the encounter was consensual. Murphy, who has no prior arrest record, was expected to post the $10,000 cash bail set for his release with help from his parents, who he still lives with.
