The LA band performed to a Petco Park crowded with costumed characters honoring their favorite TV, film and comic characters, all while giant carnival rides twirled in the amusement park area. Linkin Park took the opportunity to play cuts from their latest album The Hunting Party as well as a few classics.

The roughly 30-minute set included "Given Up," "Points of Authority," "The Catalyst," "Guilty all the Same," "Wastelands," "Until It's Gone," "Faint," and "One Step Closer."

The inaugural event rewarded fans and stars in categories including, OMG Moment of the Year, Ship of the Year, Fandom Feat of the Year, Best Fandom Forever, Breakout Fandom and the mtvU Visionary Award.
