Dierks Bentley Reveals New Album Details In Unusual Way
. The videos, which Bentley posted yesterday on Instagram, came in conjunction with a more traditional announcement that offered more details about Bentley's upcoming album Riser, including track names and a full list of songwriters. Bentley also revealed a couple of special guests on the album: Kacey Musgraves sings background vocals on the opening cut "Bourbon in Kentucky" (he actually premiered that song as far back as July, performing it live with Musgraves on the Grand Ole Opry); and Chris Stapleton lends his voice to the closing number, "Hurt Somebody." As for the videos, each is only about 15 seconds long, but it's just enough time to pique our interest and leave us curious to hear more. Even more importantly, we get to listen in a way that's almost like being there in person on the bus with Bentley (you'll have to bring your own beer, though). You can watch all the videos on Bentley's Instagram account, but Radio.com featured a few, which offer a small taste of the album's various moods, melodies and subjects - from the easygoing anthem "Back Porch" to more intense songs such as "Here on Earth" and "Hurt Somebody." Check them out and tracklisting here. Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
