Tool Make Surprise Tour Announcement

(Radio.com) Maynard James Keenan's premiere band Tool have announced a small leg of tour dates that will be taking place in March, the band's first appearance in America since 2012.

As Consequence of Sound reports, the tour hits up the West Coast starting March 4 in Spokane, WA and winds its way down to Veracruz, MX on March 21. Check out all the dates below. According to Tool's website, tickets for the U.S. shows go on sale January 25.

There have been murmurings of a new Tool album, so perhaps this little tour will give credence to those murmurs. Meanwhile, Keenan's other band A Perfect Circle just released a career spanning box set in late 2013. more on this story
