Dark Tranquillity Plan Limited Edition Release On Upcoming Tour
. The band announced that they will selling a limited edition 7" transparent red wax vinyl EP entitled "A Memory Construct" on the trek that will feature two songs. The release will be limited to only 500 copies worldwide and will feature the song "A Memory Construct" which has previously never been released and also the song "Sorrows Architect", which was only available as a limited flexi 7" released with issue No. 106 of Decibel Magazine. The band had this to say about the track "A Memory Construct", "This was originally written (as the name implies) as the title track for the 'Construct' album, but was later deemed too different to be included without interrupting the flow of the main record." They added the following about the second track on the release, 'Sorrow's architect' is probably our darkest song in a while; a brooding track that gradually builds up to a climatic ending." Fans that can't get their hands on the limited edition vinyl will still be able to get the songs in digital form as the band plans to release the EP digitally in early March. The band will be kicking off their North American tour on February 1st in Atlanta GA at The Masquerade and will conclude the trek on March 2nd at The Trocadero in Philadelphia.
