Marc Bolan Remasters and Musical Coming

Early pre-orders will be given options including receiving the collection in a tote bag, colored-vinyl single of "Solid Gold Easy Action," a digital download voucher, and the chance to have the buyer's name in the hardback book. The Bolan albums, first released in 1973 and 1974 respectively come with an additional disc of material, while a DVD includes promo videos and TV appearances. Universal are also releasing deluxe editions of Tyrannosaurus Rex albums. A Beard of Stars (1970) and T.Rex (1971), each with an additional disc of material, are also out March 3. A Bolan-themed theater show, 20th Century Boy: The Musical, tours the U.K. starting in April. It's endorsed by the glam icon's son Rolan, who says: "The music of my father is still treasured by fans and continues to find many more admirers.
