Robert Johnson's Son Wins Photo Legal Battle

Johnson, who was declared his father's sole heir in 1998, argued that the photos were part of the estate, while the Thompson heirs said they'd been personally owned by her and therefore weren't included. They hoped to gain a share of royalties generate by commercial use of the pictures.
