. The alleged scam revolved around selling interests in a movie which was to star John Cusack, Ray Liotta and Joaquin Phoenix - while no such plans really existed. FBI Special Agent Timothy Delaney alleges that Chortkoff "was the one in charge of finding the investors and getting their money to invest in the movie."
