Tim McGraw Debuts New Song 'Shotgun Rider' on The Tonight Show
. "I thought since it's Jimmy's first week we should give his audience something they can't get anywhere else," he said. "It's been a great week for the show already, and I'm honored Jimmy invited me to the party!" And after playing a game of charades with Bradley Cooper, Emma Thompson and the Tonight Show's new host, McGraw took the stage in a black cowboy hat to premiere his new song, "Shotgun Rider." With pedal steel and gritty guitar, McGraw lovingly sings of never wanting just another run of the mill person sitting beside him. He wants it to be that special someone. "I don't ever want to wake up, looking into someone else's eyes . . . I don't want no other shotgun rider beside me, singing to the radio," he sings. Head to the 37 minute mark in the video to see McGraw perform "Shotgun Rider," off his upcoming album due out later this year here. Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
