Winger Preview Song From New Album

. (Gibson) Eighties hard rockers Winger will release a new album titled Better Days Comin' in April, and the band has just released a brief teaser of what we can expect: an almost Iron Maiden-meets-Queen mashup of hard rockin' riffs and big vocal harmonies.

The album comes out on April 18 in Europe and April 22 in North America via Frontiers Records. You can check out 30 seconds of the song "Rat Race" for yourself here.

Following an outpouring of positive reaction from fans on the band's official Facebook page, the band replied "Glad everyone is enjoying the clip, please keep in mind this is just 30 seconds from a diverse 11 song CD."

The band has shot five music videos for the album so far and are planning to tour extensively worldwide in 2014 to spread the word. The album has already topped Music Enthusiast Magazine's readers poll for Most Anticipated Album of 2014 with more than 35% of the total vote. The record, Winger's sixth (and fourth since shedding their early pop metal trappings with 1993's Pull), is the band's first studio release since 2009's Karma. more on this story
