Kanye West Red Octobers Nikes Hit $16 Million on eBay

. (Radio.com) Kanye West cut his ties with Nike last year, announcing he'd be teaming up with Adidas for a new line of footwear and activewear. So it was a bit of a surprise when Nike just went and released their long rumored follow-up to the Air Yeezy, the red Air Yeezy 2 sneakers, better known as the Red Octobers.

The shoes went on sale via the Nike website at 1 pm and sold out in under 10 minutes. Leading a few of those people who were lucky enough to snag a pair to eBay where they jacked up the price.

The limited edition sneaker is now going for $16.4 million via a UK seller. For fans who can't afford that, they can just buy it now through a US seller who's listing the one of a kind show for a cool 10 thousand. How high will people be willing to pay for Kanye's last project with Nike? We'll have to wait and see. But know that Nike was selling the sneaker for just over $300. more on this story
