Last Thursday (Jan. 30) on The Tonight Show, Cyrus told Jay Leno that the best way for Bieber to get back on track, is to hire someone to help him remodel his Calabasas home. "You've got a lot of money. Pay people to make sure you don't get in trouble and party at your house," she said. "Buy a house, and add a club to it."

Since Cyrus and Bieber both grew up in the spotlight, Leno asked whether the 21-year-old pop star had any regrets pertaining to her own teenage hijinks. "I'm doing a lot of s***, but I'm not doing anything illegal - so that's alright," she said with a big smile.
