According to Billboard, Juhasz, known as Mitsou, claims Beyonce's track samples a song she recorded with her folk band Ando Drom in 1995 called "Bajba, Bajba Pelem" off the album, Kaj Phirel o Del?

That album was later released in the United States in 1997 as Gypsy Life on the Road. In the Manhattan civil case, Mitsou is reportedly seeking unspecified damages, but is also demanding an end to distribution of the song.
