Loretta Lynn and Jack White Reuniting In Concert
. The two first paired up just over a decade ago when White produced and played on Lynn's 2004 album Van Lear Rose. The seemingly unusual pairing actually worked out in a big way, resulting in an album that was a smart, adventurous blend of White's gritty, guitar-driven rock and Lynn's country storytelling (she wrote or cowrote every song). The album also landed the pair two GRAMMY awards, one for for Best Country Album and another for Best Country Collaboration with Vocals for their song "Portland, Oregon." Lynn is technically opening for White at the show, but it's a good bet there will be at least some element of collaboration.
