John Legend and Common Stream Song From Martin Luther King Biopic
. The song was composed specifically for the historic drama which recounts the 1965 Selma to Montgomery voting rights marches. Common stars in the film as James Bevel, who was one of the leaders of the three historic marches that lead to President Lyndon Johnson signing the Voting Rights Act of 1965 into law. The film, which also stars David Oyelowo as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Tom Wilkinson as President Lyndon B. Johnson, and Tim Roth as Alabama Governor George Wallace, is set to open in select markets on Christmas. You can stream the new John Legend and Common track for the film here.
