While Diana was killed as a result of a crash while she was being chased by photographers, Bieber's run-in seems to be less dramatic with reports that the accident occurred when the popstar hit his brakes after he spotted the photographer following his Ferrari.

ABC Radio reports that it appears that it was only a minor traffic accident and Bieber's Ferrari was only scratched. Following the accident, the upset popstar took to twitter to share his frustration over the incident.

He tweeted, "There should be laws against what I just experienced. We should have learned from the death of Princess Diana. I don't have a problem with Paparazzi but when they act recklessly they put us all in danger."
