Gucci Mane Sentenced To 39 Months For Gun Charge
. On Wednesday (Aug. 20), the 34-year-old rapper, born Radric Davis, pled guilty to a gun charge that carried a maximum sentence of 10 years. He got off relatively lightly with 39 months, 28 of which he must serve starting yesterday since he's already spent 11 months behind bars awaiting the ruling. After his release, the rapper will remain on parole for three more years.
