The Datsuns Giving Away First Song From New Album
. So far the band has announced a UK release date of October 6th for the new album, with other release dates still to be announced. The first track from the album, "Caught In The Silver", is being offered as a free (name your price) download on the band's Band Camp page here. The new album, Deep Sleep, was written "and (mostly) recorded in 10 days last January at Roundhead studios in Auckland, New Zealand," according to the band. Singer/bassist Dolf de Borst had this to say, "We're not f***ing around. We're all conscious of the fact that we don't live close to each other and we're getting older and people have families, so, if we're together, we're going to make records."
