The rapper has reportedly been slapped with legal action from two people who say his entourage injured them during a brawl at the party, held at New York's Umbrella Lounge (Ross, 38, has a birthday in January).

The men, Jeison and Edward Soto, both from the Bronx, claim "multiple bodily injuries," according to court documents. Ross himself is being blamed for starting the fight to begin with and for not hiring sufficiently trained security.
