Wu-Tang Clan-Affiliate Cuts Off Penis and Attempts Suicide

(Radio.com) Andre Johnson, a Los Angeles-based rapper affiliated with the Wu-Tang Clan, is critically injured after jumping off a two-story balcony in what appears to be a suicide attempt after reportedly cutting off his own penis.

According to TMZ, Johnson, aka Christ Bearer, was found by law enforcement on the sidewalk outside a North Hollywood apartment at around 1 a.m. early Wednesday morning (April 16). He was transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center upon his discovery.

Johnson is a part of Northstar, a hip-hop duo that was discovered by Wu-Tang Clan's RZA in 1998. RZA, under the moniker Bobby Digital, produced the group's debut album Bobby Digital Presents Northstar in 2003. Multiple subsequent albums have followed. more on this story
