Forgot Me Knots is probably the most important song that we have ever written. We wrote it for a friend of ours who took her own life a few years ago.

When we were writing our album 'Kingdom' we were going through a very tough time and the album - especially Forget Me Knots - was what came from this.

The lyrics in the chorus are "It's alright not to feel ok". At the time, I think this was our way of telling ourselves that we would get through everything we were going through, and now, we see how people really connect to the song and it makes us so happy! From seeing it do so well on the radio, to getting messages from people saying how much the song has helped them through a tough time, it's been amazing to see the reactions to it.
I think from the moment Louise played those chords on the guitar we knew something special was going to happen� and it did.
