Kanye West Facing Up To A Year In Jail
. Los Angeles City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan said on Friday that each of the misdemeanor charges that West is facing carries a maximum six months in jail, according to ASB. In video of the alleged incident that was published by gossip site TMZ West is shown telling a paparazzo at the airport, "I told you don't talk to me, right? What you tryna do is get me in trouble so I'll have to pay you like $250,000." West appears to lunge at the paparazzo in the video footage and City Attorney spokesman Mateljan alleges that West also attempted to take the paparazzo's camera. The rapper left the airport after the incident but the videographer, Daniel Ramos, was taken to the hospital after paramedics were called to the scene, according to the report.
