Celine Dion Releases New 'Incredible' Duet With Ne-Yo
. Their duet, off Dion's upcoming album Loved Me Back To Life (out November 5), has all the trappings of a 2013 pop song: the twinkly piano melody, the booming production and the sing-along chorus. But it's the Canadian chanteuse's voice that makes it timeless, hitting all the right notes as she brags about her better-than-average love affair. Last month, Celine released the title track off Loved Me Back To Life, her first English album since 2007's Taking Chances. The song was written by Sia and shows a younger side of the pop icon with its stuttering chorus and heavy synths. "I've had a 30-year career, so I'm not going to reinvent myself," she said in a statement about her new music. "But at the same time, I don't want to repeat myself." Celine's new album has her working with Babyface, who produced her cover of Janis Ian's "At Seventeen," along with a few key members of Adele's team: Frasier T Smith, who produced "Set Fire To The Rain," and Eg White, who co-wrote and produced her breakthrough single, "Chasing Pavements."
