Lady Gaga and The Muppets Plan Christmas Special

. (Radio.com) This holiday season, Lady Gaga is teaming up with Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy and the rest of the gang for a very Muppet Christmas special. According to E!, Gaga recently filmed the as-yet-untitled special in Los Angeles for ABC. As of now no other details have been released about the upcoming show.

This isn't the first time Mother Monster has teamed up with the Muppets. Gaga �who filmed a scene for The Muppets movie starring Jason Segel and Amy Adams that was later cut for time� once wore a jacket made from plush Kermit dolls on a German television show as a statement against fur.

And for the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, Gaga brought Kermit as her date and started a mini-feud with Miss Piggy who was not happy about rumors that her frog was dating Gaga. Kermit later cleared put the rumors to rest, telling People, "I just gave Lady Gaga a ride to the VMAs, and when Lady Gaga left her credentials in the limo, I had to bring them to her�Of course, after Lady Gaga and I were seen on the red carpet together, well � Miss Piggy got a little jealous.
