Sammy Hagar Scores A Hit With New Album

. (hennemusic) "Sammy Hagar & Friends", the new album from the Red Rocker joined by an all-star guest list, has debuted in the Top 25 of the Billboard 200 album chart.

The project opens at No. 23 on the Billboard 200 to score Sammy the 11th Billboard Top 25 album of his career, as well as his highest-charting solo album in 17 years � since 1997's "Marching To Mars."

"Sammy Hagar & Friends" marks the Red Rocker's first solo release in five years and sees him team up with a variety of artists, including Kid Rock, Nancy Wilson (Heart), Ronnie Dunn (Brooks & Dunn), Neal Schon (Journey, HSAS), Chickenfoot pals Chad Smith, Michael Anthony and Joe Satriani; Montrose bandmates Bill Church and Denny Carmassi, his solo band The Wabos and more. more on this story
