UK boyband One Direction are planning to promote the release of their latest studio album with a marathon live online event that will span seven hours.

The live stream will be taking place on November 23rd, which the group is declaring "1D Day," and the event will feature celebrity guests, special content and more. The group launched a special site for the event here.

The live 1D Day event will be taking place two days before the release of the group's new album "Midnight Memories" and reportedly will be taped for a possible future television broadcast, according to this report.
