Christina Aguilera Discusses The Voice and Slimming Down

. (Extra) Only "Extra's" Terri Seymour with the coaches of "The Voice" for an exclusive sit down. Just 3 weeks before the new winner is announced everyone is buzzing about Christina Aguilera's American Music Awards performance and her slimmed down look.

Christina who took to the AMA stage to duet with songwriting pair A Great Big World for the ballad "Say Something," gushing over the song and the group, "Those guys are great, they wrote a gorgeous song."

Christina continued, "I'm just into and being motivated more than ever right now by just things that feel real and honest and genuine and that's what this song and these guys are."

Christina feeling and looking good, telling Terri her tips, "Laughter, happiness, breathing, I did some yoga." Also revealing how she de-stresses, "I have these paintball guns and we're just like..just blow off steam�It's so much fun and targets." Adam loving the idea, "I need to get paintball guns in my house ..that's the best idea I've ever heard in my life." The group joking they could go against each other with paintball guns on set.

The coaches also commenting on how this season of the competition is going. With two contestants going home tonight CeeLo admitting he is feeling the pressure, "I'm concerned because I only have one left. I only have one, my Caroline."

Christina saying, "I'm actually not nervous at all...I have so much belief in my team and they just continue to just go out there and do a good job." more on this story
