Scotty McCreery Announces See You Tonight Tour

. (Radio.com) American Idol star Scotty McCreery released his album See You Tonight last month, and now he's gearing up for the See You Tonight Tour, which kicks off in January.

His headlining tour will feature songs from his most recent No. 1 album (See You Tonight topped the Billboard Country Albums chart), including the title track, which is also the album's lead single.

The first set of dates includes stops in Kentucky, Virginia, Texas and Florida. He'll also perform at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville on Feb. 18.

Scotty tweeted, "Excited to announce I'll be playing at @TheRyman Feb 18th! Fan club pre-sale available today! GA tix available Nov 29th!! #SeeYouTonightTour".

"It has been a dream of mine to play the Ryman," McCreery said. "It is the mother church of country music and it is a true honor." more on this story
